Huaan Tactical Select Fund is an open-end fund incorporated in China. The Fund's objective is to seek long term growth by investing in selective equities that benefit from China's economic growth. Dividend Distribution

Dividends of the Fund distributed at most 4 times a year. Proportion distributed will not be less than 50% of available dividends. Dividends will not be distributed within 3 months of the Fund contract's commencement date.
